NTT Data has just opened a new hub in the city of Guarda, the ninth from the tech company to open in Portugal. The new centre, which specialises in developing Salesforce-based solutions, has the capacity for between 10 to 30 employees.

“It is with great satisfaction that we announce the creation of a new hub in the city of Guarda, which, besides increasing our delivery capacity and specific knowledge, will allow us to take the company’s values to the city and also extend our social intervention, namely to develop digital skills among the region’s communities,” explains Paulo Silva, partner & head of emerging business areas and delivery models at NTT DATA Portugal, quoted in a statement.

The hub is in an area “with connection to local higher education institutions – the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda – and has an environment that favours the quality of life. Enough arguments to attract and keep talent,” states the tech company.

The space has the capacity for “10 to 30 employees, and they are recruiting Salesforce developers,” says an official source to ECO.
